05.00 – 06.00    Sitting meditation in the main hall

06.10 – 06.30    15 minute walking meditation and standing to absorb natural energy

06.35 – 08.00   Breakfast and personal time

08.05 – 09.00    Morning Learning Vipassana Method following by Sitting meditation

(10-minute break after each session).

09.05 – 10.00    Sitting meditation and Check-up.

10.10 – 11.00    Sitting meditation.

11.05 – 13.00    Lunch and rest time.

13.05 – 14.00    Afternoon learning Vipassana Method following by Sitting meditation.

14.05 – 15.00    Sitting meditation and Check-up.

15.05 – 15.30   Pray to receive Supporting Energy.

15.35 – 16.20    Sitting Meditation, write, drawing according to Master guidance.

16.30 – 17.00    20 minute walking meditation, standing to absorb natural energy.

17.05 – 18.30    Personal time and light dinner.

18.35 – 19.30    Sitting meditation in the main hall.

19.40 – 21.00    Listen to Dhamma discourse, chanting, and rest time.
